6” PA6 submersible motors
Designed to work 24 hours a day even in difficult conditions and manufactured with care using only the finest materials and components processed inside our own factory, the Bizzi & Tedeschi electric submersible motors PA6 series are among the very best in the sector in terms of quality and reliability, and truly emblematic of “Made in Italy” production.
Rewindable in water bath type, PA6-PA8 are three-phase asynchronous motors with squirrel-cage rotor and coupling flange according to Nema standards.
The cooling and lubrication system consists of a water-based mixture, of which the motor is pre-filled, with a low percentage of non-toxic antifreeze liquid, that also allows motor storage temperature up to -15°C. The copper winding wire is in a special PVC coating that protects it against the water and guarantees its complete insulation.
Stator composed by high permeability magnetic sheet for excellent energy savings.
Copper squirrel cage rotor for all power ratings for superior performances.
Widely sized Mitchell type thrust bearing, to withstand the axial thrust of the pump.Rubber expanding diaphragm to allow the equalization between the motor internal and external pressure.
Motor sealed by mechanical seal and anti-sand ring.
The motors are rewindable and easy to repair.
IP68 protection.
Insulation class: PVC coated wire 70°C, PE2+PA coated wire 90 °C.
Direction of rotation: duplex (clockwise and anticlockwise).
Service S1 according to CEI EN 60034-1.
